1.) Can I return a candle if nothing is wrong with it?

A.) Loud Candle Company will accept any returns on sellable products. If your product has arrived damaged or has not arrived at all within 7-10 business days, please click HERE to contact us.

2.) How long will it take to receive my order?

A.) Once you have checked out online, we will fulfill the order within 1-4 days.

* Please allow 3—7 days for shipping as COVID-19 has slowed down most mail services. All of our inventory is ready to ship!

3.) Are your ingredients / candles safe for my home? ****************

A.) All candles pose some danger as there is a burning flame. (Never leave a burning candle unattended, and never leave children or pets unattended with a burning candle) However, our Soy candles and the ingredients we use to make them, are much safer for children, pets, and humans, when compared to candles on the market that contain synthetic fragrances, and paraffin waxes. Candles that contain such synthetic ingredients, can cause extreme harm to not only yourself, but children and animals.

4.) How long can I keep my candle lit?

A.) DO NOT burn the candle for longer than 4 hours. Doing this can result in a shattered candle container due to heat stressing the glass. We will not issue a refund if this happens.

5.) How Do I Charge the Glow Candles?

A.) Our Glow in the Dark Candles are similar to many other products that glow, they must first be charged in light. The best practice to charge your new Loud Candle, is to let the candle sit under direct light for about 2-4 hours. We strongly recommend not leaving the candle in direct sunlight as this can cause the candle to melt. LED Lights may reduce the charge time significantly.

6.) Do these products contain THC, or CBD? Will they get me high?

A.) While it would be very cool if we knew how to make a candle that could do this, our products contain ZERO THC, or CBD contents. Our products are purely made of soy wax, and fragrance’s that we have researched to be safe for use in any home, or office setting for all consumers. Our products will not get the user, nor surrounding individuals, high.
